Overview
Connections to other components can be added in a catalogue. In this exercise, you will connect applications to processes, but this could be done with any combination of component types as long as (1) the constraints in the metamodel support the relationship; and (2) the component that you are attaching already exists in the repository.
Step-by-Step Walk-Through- [Double-Click] in the cell in the '<- Process (Uses)' column
- In the dialogue box that appears, type 'customer' in the search bar
- Select the processes Deliver service to customer and Develop and Manage IT customer relationships and click OK. Note that these components already existed in the model since the ABACUS metamodel includes APQC capabilities and processes
- In the catalogue, you will see that attached components are displayed in the cell.
